Andrew Laing – CEO and Founder
Andrew founded AC in 1987 and has worked at the company since. His forward-thinking attitude has helped transform the company from a flooring provider to a large-scale, global data centre delivery partner. He remains heavily involved with day-to-day activities and oversees all of the company’s operations.
Stuart Carss – Managing Director
Stuart became Managing Director in 2021 and has been with the company since 2019, previously working as Business Development Director. He has worked within the construction industry since 1991 and has a wide array of experience across the industry. Stuart has worked on developing data centres for the last eight years and has become an expert in the field.
Martin Jones – Group Financial Director
Martin started at AC in 1987 and has worked in the industry for over 45 years. As Group Financial Director Martin is in charge of all of the company’s finances. He also assists with logistical tasks such as registering companies in other countries.
Angela Douty – Group Director
Angela has been with the business since the beginning years. As Group Director for the AC Group, Angela works closely with Andrew Laing, CEO to optimise the business’s financial performance and strategic position within the industry. Angela also contributed to the development of the businesses strategy across all areas within the AC Group, providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
Jeremy Kershaw – Commercial Director
Jeremy is our Commercial Director and is responsible for overseeing all procurement and manufacturing at AC. He joined us in 2005 and has amassed over 40 years of experience in the industry.
Scott Wild – Director
Scott is the Director at AC and our newest board member. He focuses on bringing in new work and clients and oversees the business development side of things, as well as estimating projects and submitting bids to clients. Scott joined us in 2015 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor after working in the industry for 10 years. Prior to his work in the industry, Scott studied at Nottingham Trent where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Commercial Management.
